Our very popular Sunday carvery is available all day every Sunday from 12.30. We have a wide selection of local and Scottish joints and roasts, using quality Shetland Lamb and organic Shetland pork, the finest Orkney beef or succulent Aberdeen Angus topside roast, organic Chicken and the very popular home cooked Honey Roast Gammon studded with aromatic cloves and smothered in honey. No wonder its a great favourite with guests of all ages.
We use the freshest available vegetables and make delicious 'just like Mam's' gravy.
Our carvery is a much enjoyed part of the dining experience and has been a firm favourite with all the customers since it first began in the Dining Room over 30 years ago.
Pre -booking is recommended as our Sunday lunchtimes can be very busy.
